Life Crown Partner Programme Agreement

These terms apply in addition to Life Crown's general Terms of Service and govern participation as a partner, distributor, agent, or influencer. They do not apply to an ordinary retail customer who is not part of the partner network.

1. Independent Contractor Relationship

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, franchisee, or legal representative of Life Crown. You remain responsible for taxes, business expenses, and compliance with applicable laws.

2. Products and Orders

Fragrances are non-refundable once opened or used. Items may not be substituted unless agreed in writing. Restock orders must meet the minimum values shown in the Partner Account. Each Starter Pack tier may be purchased only once per verified partner; duplicate accounts may be cancelled.

3. Pricing, Sales, Commissions, and Settlements

Recommended Retail Prices are non-binding. Partners may not use misleading pricing, product claims, or income claims. Online commission is calculated on qualifying product value actually paid, excluding delivery fees, refunds, returns, and cancelled orders. Commission earnings become payout-eligible 30 days after delivery. Stock/card settlements and other inventory-sale money owed to a partner retain their applicable immediate settlement treatment.

4. Ethical Conduct and Social Media

You must identify yourself as an Independent Life Crown Partner, use approved brand materials responsibly, disclose sponsored or incentivised content where required, and never present yourself as Life Crown's corporate account.

5. Customer Service, Privacy, and POPIA

You are responsible for the customers you serve and must process personal information lawfully under POPIA. Customer information may not be shared for unrelated purposes.

6. Influencer Content Commitment — Influencers Only

This section applies only when your Life Crown programme classification is Influencer. It does not impose a content obligation on standard partners, distributors, or retail customers.

After accepting the current agreement, an eligible influencer receives one personal, non-transferable R250 invitation voucher. It may be used once for eligible perfume merchandise totalling R250 or less, with standard delivery included free. A cart above R250 is not eligible and cannot be partly paid; the influencer must choose eligible products within the limit.

By accepting this agreement, an influencer agrees to create and submit the Life Crown content agreed with staff within 30 calendar days after successfully redeeming the associated voucher. Failed or cancelled orders do not start the period. Proof may be supplied as a public content link or other evidence agreed with Life Crown. Staff review and approval are manual; Life Crown does not claim automated verification of social posting.

7. Inactivity, Suspension, and Termination

Life Crown may suspend or terminate a partner account for material breach, unlawful conduct, misuse of the brand, or prolonged inactivity under the programme rules.
